Refund & Exchange Policy

Rainbow Equine Limited will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis.

• We regret Sale Items can not be returned.
• Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 7 days of receiving them.
• Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage.
• Rainbow Equine Limited will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.
• Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately (we recommend you get proof of posting).
• Under no circumstances should items continued to be used if damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages/faults.
• We recommend that you use a clean summer sheet on your horse underneath the rug that you are trying. Please refer to the size chart to ensure you select the most accurate size for your horse.
